Frequently Asked Questions

Both Ketone drinks contain 25 grams of TΔS Global’s proprietary, patented deltaG® ketone ester and both target consumers interested in performance. In the past, HVMN purchased pure deltaG® ketone ester from T△S. This year, Global has developed the △G® Ketone Performance drink – try it, you’ll like it.
△G Ketone Performance and △H Ketone Health are exogenous ketone drinks. Both formulas contain the deltaG, the Oxford Ketone Ester, that can measurably raise blood ketone levels.
△G contains 25 grams of deltaG in each serving, providing deep ketosis for support of endurance exercise.
△H contains 10 grams of deltaG in each serving, providing a mild ketosis to support general health and well-being.
Our ketone ester joins the three main macronutrients – proteins, carbohydrates and fats – as the first example of a totally new nutritional category: Exogenous Ketones. With a calorie content close to that of glucose, 4.9 kCal/g, deltaG provides distinct dietary, metabolic and physiological benefits that are not found in other food groups.
For exercise, drink a single serving of △G with a glucose-containing drink about 20 minutes prior to an event. During a long event, additional servings can be consumed every 3-4 hours when you need an energy boost. For recovery, drink △G immediately following exercise and before bed.
For the maintenance of intermittent fasting or a keto diet, and to support healthy immune function and general well-being, drink △H as a single serving in the morning or several servings throughout the day. To support healthy sleep, drink △H in the evening.
△G and △H can both augment or replace a ketogenic diet, although they will not be effective in someone with poor eating habits.
In the keto-adapted athlete, △G raises ketone levels to be used as an endurance fuel and to help maintain healthy levels of glycogen and preserve muscle.
△H complements a ketogenic diet for healthy weight management and/or improving body composition. △H drinks can alleviate feelings of hunger and blunt the impact of a carb-rich “cheat meal” by expediting the return to ketosis.
The high salt content in ketone salt drinks limits the volume that can be consumed, so salt drinks produce lower blood ketone levels than the ketone ester, deltaG. △G and △H both contain deltaG, which the body metabolizes completely to βHB (beta-hydroxybutyrate). As it contains no salt, deltaG can be consumed in volumes sufficient to produce blood ketone levels that are normally found with strict ketogenic diets and extended fasting. △G and △H are made using patented deltaG technology.
△G and △H are packaged as 3 single serving (59ml) drinks. We tested many flavor combinations before converging on the current blueberry and bitter lemon flavors. Some users may find that chilling the drinks improves the flavor. The ketone community is rapidly coming up with new ways to mix and chase △G or △H with other drinks.
△G and △H can be consumed with any other food and with supplements, such as creatine, whey protein, and branched-chain amino acids. Since 2008, deltaG has been the subject of a wide range of scientific safety studies that led to a Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) designation and a U.S. FDA notification. deltaG is not on the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) banned list for athletes.
Yes. △G helps to reduce effects of over-training and supports healthy immune function.
